Yes, there are many well known Companies worldwide specializing in refilling all types of printer cartridges successfully.
An inkjet cartridge is a disposable ink reservoir,
which is inserted into an inkjet printer. Most printers
can use a colour and a black cartridge. Inkjet cartridges
have a limited number of pages they can print and
then are traditionally disposed of.
The print head on inkjet cartridges consists of
very small nozzles that are backed by a thermal
resistor. This resistor boils and cools the ink.
It is recommended to refill the cartridge as soon as it is empty. If you do not refill immediately, the ink may dry in the print head jets, resulting in blocking the print head.
The refill kits manufactured by Inktec contain various items including air-balancing clips, cartridge openers, easy-refill tools, specific inks, gloves and step-by-step easy to follow instructions.
YES. Inktec refill kits are specifically manufactured for each specific cartridge type. They contain specific inks, which ensure printing results and quality.
YES. Ink quality makes a big difference. The print head on your cartridge may get clogged or destroyed by ink that does not meet the OEM's specifications. Specifications include: drying time, density, boiling points, viscosity, surface tension, LAB colour values and PH value.
It is hard to specify an exact number of times as it depends upon the cartridge type and the kind of printing that you do with it. Each inkjet cartridge has print heads, which will wear out after extensive use. You can refill your cartridge until the print quality is un-acceptable.
NO. Some printer manufacturers are suggesting that using a refill kit will affect your printer warranty. This is because manufacturers want you to buy their own, very expensive, cartridges only. Refilling is the topping up of an empty chamber, so the structure of the cartridge has not changed. The ink does not touch any part of the printer or internal parts other than the cartridge and print head.
NOTE: Refilling applies only to the disposable cartridge, and does not affect the printer at all.
