These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods or services sold by Cartridge Refills to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices, Specifications and Policies

Cartridge Refills reserve the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. Cartridge Refills make every effort to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible, however given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price and specifications of the goods can change quickly. Cartridge Refills accept no liability should any of our goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those presented on this web site.

Freight and Delivery

Orders of $50 or more, within NZ are delivered FREE while orders of under $50, a freight charge of $5.00 will apply.

All goods are delivered by courier unless otherwise stated. Orders received by noon will be delivered the next working day except for RD Mail deliveries, Weekend and Public Holidays. Cartridge Refills are not liable for any loss suffered by the customer for delay in delivery.

Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only and are not intended as a condition of sale.

Returns and Money Back Guarantee

For your complete confidence Cartridge Refills offers a full money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with our products with the exception of D. I. Y. Refill Kits and excluding any freight charges. Invoice or Receipt numbers and a Cartridge Refills return number must accompany any returns. Contact us if you need a return number. Any faulty goods will be replaced immediately or you can have your money back. All credit claims for short shipments etc must be made no later than 14 days after shipment date.

Consumer Guarantees Act

If the goods have been acquired for business purposes, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. In these circumstances the only warranty offered by Cartridge Refills (express or implied, statutory or otherwise) is the manufacturers warranty accompanying the goods and in no event shall the liability for direct consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.

Risk and Ownership of the Goods

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

Pending cleared payment in full of all monies due under this contract or in respect of any other monies owed by you to Cartridge Refills, the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Cartridge Refills as legal and equitable owner.

Our Credit and Billing Terms

Unless expressly modified or altered in writing by us, the following Terms and Conditions apply and, on acceptance of your request for sale or service by us, shall be deemed to be incorporated in and form part of the contract of service or sale.

1. All accounts must be paid by the “Terms of Payment” on the Tax Invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. In the event of any breach or default of such prompt payment by the customer, all collection agency costs and any other costs related to the collection of the account shall be added to the account, including a late penalty fee(s) of 2.5% per month on any amount outstanding.
3. Any breach or default of the terms of these conditions by the customer may result in the cancellation of further credit.

Privacy Policy

As Cartridge Refills may use a credit agency to check your credit details, you agree and acknowledge that all personal information supplied by you may be used or held for the purpose of obtaining credit reports. Information given to Cartridge Refills by you is never traded, sold, rented or shared with another party. Your email address is never traded, sold, rented or shared with another party.
