Yesterday evening I wrote to Cartridge Refills to explain I had received an incorrect kit (mistakes happen). To my amazement a replacement arrived today as well as an apology email which also said I could use the ink from the pack sent in error. I was so impressed by this that I sent this commendation straight back to the company.

When we order Ink cartridges from these guys.... The ink is hardly dry from the old cartridge, and a new one is delivered right to the door. That is what we call brilliant service, and their prices can't be beaten.
